Gift Card Policy: gift cards can be used toward any salon or spa service and for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. After 12 months of inactivity, a dormancy fee equal to the current balance at said time will be charged to the card. Belle Salon & Spa salon & spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
